PicTiger [Sponsor] - "Pic Tiger" is a free image hosting website which allows you to upload these file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif,.png, .swf (Macromedia Flash files). Maximum file size limit is 1 MB. The uploaded images stay hosted for life, however if the image is not active (does not have any page views) for 3 months, it will be deleted. When uploading photos and pics, you can enter an optional description which will be displayed on the viewing web page. Linking codes are provided in several different formats. You can hotlink the autocreated thumbnail image and link it to the larger fullsize image. Directlinking of thumbnails can be done on blogs, online auctions, forums, and other websites. Signing up at PicTiger is not necessary, but free registration will help you manage your hosted pictures.

SuprFile - "Supr File" is a free dedicated image hosting service where you can upload your images for free with no account needed. You just choose a file on your computer and upload it. SuperFile allows you to upload GIF, JPEG, and PNG images, up to 1 MB in filesize. Your uploaded files will stay on their server online for 6 months (180 days) after the last time someone views them. If your uploaded image file is less than 50 KB in size, or you link with a thumbnail or textlink, there is no limit to how much bandwidth the image can use, but if you directly display an image on your site ("hotlinking", or direct embedded images), there is a 1 GB bandwidth limitation. There is a forum on suprnova.org for SuprFile support and suggestions. Since directlinking, or hot linking, is allowed, it is excellent for use on ebay auction listings, message boards, myspace, blogs, etc.

FreeShare - "Free Share" is a free place to upload and store pictures and images. The FreeShare anonymous web upload form lets you upload pictures in jpeg, gif and png format (no registration required to use the free image and photo hosting service). The mamimum image size is 2 MB for the anonymous upload form, and 5 MB for registered users. Hosted files that use "excessive bandwidth" will be deleted from the web server (the exact bandwidth limit is not given). Direct linking images (hotlinking) is allowed, so you can hotlink pics free for ebay auction listings, message boards, blogs, and other websites, or share images with friends. Your uploaded files are hosted forever (not deleted from the webserver due to download inactivity).

FileDen - The "File Den" free file hosting service lets upload your image, document, audio, and video files to put links to on other websites, auctions, communities, or to share with friends and family. The free filesharing service has an unregistered version where people that do not want to register can anonymous upload files up to 50mb in size with these file extensions supported (images only): jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp. With free registration, each user gets 500 MB of personal allocated storage space and many other features to make sharing files easy, such as ability of uploading more filetypes, such as mp3, txt, avi, wmv, mpg, mpeg, doc. If you are registered, you can upload files that are as large as 50 megabytes each. If you are uploading many files, there is a batch upload feature -- simply upload a Zip file (must be named "upload.zip" or "batch.zip") containing all your files. There is no specified time limit that hosted files are removed from the free filehosting server -- files stay there "forever". Hotlinking (direct linking files) works, but only on files that are uploaded by registered users (i.e. not uploaded to the server using the anonymous uploader). The maximum downloads per month is 5GB for free accounts. FileDen is currently running on a modified version of the celerondude.com script.

Registration is required to use the free file hosting service, and has instant activation. These filetypes are allowed to be uploaded: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, txt, pdf, zip, rar, avi, mpg, ppt, tar, mov, tif, tiff. Hotlinking images is allowed (direct linking the remotely hosted images). You can upload multiple files at a time, and resize your hosted images online after they are uploaded, and delete or rename them.
