great host, just one pretty big problem, all content loads soooo... slooowww... also the file upload size limit is too small. i couldent even upload any of my gfx stuff.

Very fast server, very fast sign-up - it took me only 1.5h to get my hosting up and running :) allows php, cgi and many more, for start you get 60MB. The only two disadvantages are that on EVERY page there's an ad banner inserted, and that you're not allowed to host files like zip, rar, tgz, mp3, avi and so on.
But - when signing up you HAVE TO have basic russian understanding: it tells you a random value written in words in russian - and you have to write it down in digits.
