My website is vanished. They ELIMINATED it WITHOUT warning! Although it was good for some months, my site is not working anymore. Not reccomended except maybe for very short-term uses, such as PHP script development and testing.

I like this host, particularly because they do not force you to use advertisements on your free sites. Another major advantage is that the Control Panel is very clear. A disadvantage is that it does not show PHP error messages, so when there is a syntax error in your PHP code you have to search for it yourself (I have solved this by using another host to debug the code). Another small disadvantage is that the FTP server is often overloaded.

I loved IFastNet so much that I decided to buy premium hosting from them, and that is GREAT too! No other free webspace provider is better!

This is a horrible web host. Ever since Bytehost (owner of this host) upgraded to Dual Core processor servers, the host has been horrible! It is slow and has a lot of downtime. You can see your yourself and sign up for it. I used to use this host, and it WAS great, but try it if you want.

It is nice that it is freewebhosting, but the connection is so slow, and I kept on getting connecting errors. I liked the CMS installer, but again with the speed I could not get the basics done.

[Review translated from Spanish:] Do not register in this host; it is a deceit. When you obtain a certain amount of visits, they will eliminate your free webspace account and they will redirect your URLs to a page full of ads that refreshes every few seconds to make tons of ad impressions. I say this from personal experience. If you want to, look up in google for ifastnet, and you will find many subdomains of ifastnet in which visits to them do the same thing. It takes much work to to get a webpage indexed in search engines and to obtain web traffic to your pages, but then this host (and the other Ifastnet and Byethost freehost clones) takes advantage of all that. This host is a FRAUD. Do not use it if you intend to get website traffic to your subdomain.

I love iFastNet hosting. It is 300 megabytes web space (which should be enough to store any normal website), and 30 GB monthly bandwidth is also more than enough for a free website. But what I love the most is that they offer PHP scripting, and they have many PHP/MySQL scripts that can be installed just by one click.

Registration for the site was absolutely simple. Using Zantastico to install Joomla for my web site was also incredibly easy, and I had a site up and running in no time. On the downside, using Joomla for my particular site turned out a bit slow for what I wanted to do. Fortunately I removed the Joomla install as easily as I added it, and now my web site loads fast and painlessly. Great service!
